The District Attorneys Council announces the opening of the 2023 Victims of Crime Act Grant (VOCA) request for proposal process. The Department of Justice has not released the VOCA allocations for 2023 due to pending budget negotiations in Congress. The DAC is accepting grant proposals in advance of this announcement, in anticipation of continued VOCA grant funding.
